特点介绍:
1、采用高响应高速注射与柔性快速开合模油路设计,射速200mm/s 左右,开合模干周期3.5 秒左右,开模位置重复精度偏差小于 1mm。设 备运行稳定并且低阻低噪音AB 杆特别适配多腔模具与薄壁产品,C 杆主要匹配标准模具产品快速生产周期需求。
The injection speed is about 200mm/s, the dry periodof the opening and closing
die is about 3.5 secondsand the repeat precision of the opening position is lessthan 1mm. The equipment runs stably and has lowresistance and low noise. C-type mainly matches therapid
production cycle requirements of standard moldproducts.

5、料筒加热标配陶瓷加热圈,螺杆塑化设计具有高效率、高混色及高耐磨性。尼龙扎带类长宽比例较大的模具,要根据产品的合模力需求 选择机型进行匹配,并且要选配全码模孔模板及专用螺杆料筒,注意模具高度不能超出模板部分。
