特点介绍：

1、专门的高射速加大油路设计，射速 200mm/s 左右，设备运行稳定并且低阻低噪音，特别适配多腔模具与薄壁产品。

Our company specializes in the design of high firing rate and increased oil circuit, with firing rate of about 00 mm/s, stableequipment operation, low resistance and low noise, especially suitable for multi-cavity molds and thin police products.
2、单独设计的开合模油路来匹配快速生产周期，开合模周期控制 3 秒左右，开模位置重复精度偏差小于 1.5mm。

The mold opening and closing il circuit is designed separately to match the rapid production cycle. The mold opening andclosing cycle is controlled for about 3 seconds, and the repeatability error of mold opening position is less than 1.5 mm.
3、标配高速机电脑和高响应电磁阀，标配注射开环配置，以确保系统响应速度及精度。KS400 及以上机型标配数控背压阀。

High-speed computer and high-response solenoid valve re standard, and injection open-loop confiquration is standard toensure the response speed and accuracy of the system. KS400 and above models come standard with numerical control backpressure valve

5、料筒加热标配陶瓷加热圈，螺杆塑化设计具有高效率、高混色及高耐磨性。

As standard, Easton computer and Heithecker oil pump, oil research and North Seiki solenoid valves, and Opcom electronicruler are standard to ensure the accuracy of system response speed.
6、标配油温检测显示和机械手、针阀接线端子排。
